These terms govern use of the Caribou Solutions website and Digital Closure customer-care SMS communications. A separate written agreement governs any professional services; where it conflicts with these terms, that agreement controls.
Website use
Website information is provided for general informational purposes. You may use the site lawfully and may not interfere with its security, availability, or intellectual-property rights.
Digital Closure SMS program
Digital Closure is a Caribou Solutions service supporting client onboarding, account access, and limited customer care. SMS is not used for marketing, promotions, bulk messaging, or unsolicited outreach.
How to opt in
You opt in by providing your mobile number and actively selecting the unchecked SMS-consent checkbox on a Digital Closure onboarding or support form. By doing so, you agree to receive messages about your requested onboarding, account access, and customer-care communications.
Message frequency and charges
Message frequency varies and will not exceed 20 messages per day. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of purchasing services.
Opt out and help
Reply STOP to opt out of SMS messages. You will receive one confirmation message and will no longer receive SMS unless you later reply START. Reply HELP for assistance, or contact hello@caribou.solutions.
Eligibility and responsibility
You must provide a mobile number you are authorized to use. Do not send sensitive credentials, passwords, or authentication codes by SMS unless an authorized service workflow specifically instructs you to do so.
Service limitations
SMS delivery depends on carrier networks and is not guaranteed. Do not use SMS for emergencies or time-critical safety needs.
Privacy
Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy. We do not sell, rent, share, or disclose mobile phone numbers or SMS opt-in consent to third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.
