SMS communications
Digital Closure sends SMS only to people who actively opt in through an onboarding or support form. Messages are limited to requested onboarding, account-access, and customer-care communications. Message frequency varies and will not exceed 20 messages per day. Message and data rates may apply.
We do not sell, rent, share, or disclose mobile phone numbers or SMS opt-in consent to third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. We use service providers only as necessary to operate authorized communications and services.
To stop SMS messages, reply STOP. For assistance, reply HELP or contact hello@caribou.solutions. Consent to SMS is not a condition of purchasing any service.
Authorized authentication-code handling
Where a client expressly authorizes a Digital Closure onboarding workflow to receive a third-party authentication code, that workflow is limited to the authorized account and is not used for marketing. Authentication-code content is not retained or automatically forwarded.
How we share information
We may share information with authorized service providers, professional advisers, or authorities when required by law, each only as needed for the stated purpose. We do not use personal information for unrelated marketing without consent.
Security and retention
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards. We retain information only for as long as needed for service delivery, security, legal obligations, or dispute resolution.
